Each security question must satisfy the following rules:
- Must be between 10 to 50 characters long
- Cannot be the same as any other security question
- Should contain characters from at least three of the following categories:

- Character: question mark '?', single-quote ''', dash '-' or comma ','

Each security answer must satisfy the following rules:
- Must be between 3 and 20 characters long
- Cannot contain any word in the question
- Cannot be the same as any other security answer

Telephone numbers are stored in the international format; this includes a plus sign (+) followed by the International Country Code, and then followed by the National number. For work numbers, an optional extension can be included.
